Adult Yoga Program
For parents of youth in Rockford Barbell's programs, service providers, teachers, or other community agencies dedicated to the well-being of youth. No experience needed, yoga mats and blocks will be provided. Our class will take place rain or shine at Anderson Japanese Gardens.
No cost to attend!
Our Summer Adult Yoga Program will run every Friday from 9:00am - 9:45am
